On Sunday, October 5, 2025, Ayás Mén̓men (Child & Family Services) will host their second Honoring Our Babies Ceremony of 2025 at the Chief Joe Mathias Centre from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This heartwarming event provides families the opportunity to honor and celebrate their newest little ones, including babies born between April 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, as well as any children who have not yet participated in a Baby Ceremony.
The ceremony is a meaningful way to recognize the importance of family, community, and cultural tradition. Attendees will enjoy a shared meal, fostering connection and community bonding.
